Description

This trityph is a digital painting of the Plaza de Espana in the town of Ecija, Spain. This place brings me so many memories. My wife and three sons lived in this town for almost 5 years. Even today, I can walk through this town in my mind and remember people, places, friends, activities and memories we did during those years.

It was a daily ritual to go for a walk with your family about 8 pm every evening. Going for a walk every evening was the culture of that town as well as many towns in southern Spain. We would walk in this plaza and usually met up with a friend and his family and we would sit down at one of the many outdoor cafes (bars) and enjoy a cool drink, some tapas (appetizers) and time together.

This is probably my favorite place in the whole world, Ecija Spain that is, and when we had to come back the the USA I left a large piece of my heart in that town.
